Terms and Conditions

Minimum Booking - 2 hours.
Mileage - we charge £1.25 per mile one way after the first mile. The mileage charge only relates to the job itself so from the start location to the end location. You don't pay any charge for us to come out to you.
Stair work - we charge an extra £20 per person if there are any hours that contain stair work. This charge covers the entire job so you pay the same if it's one hour or if the job takes three hours it's still the same £20 per person rate.
Saturdays / Evenings (After 6 PM) - We charge an extra £10 per person for work carried out on a Saturday or in the evening after 6 PM.
Sundays - We no longer offer a service on a Sunday.
Additional Charges - There are now a whole slew of zones popping up all over the UK which we are liable to pay by law unless we are exempt. They have names like "Clean Air Zone". Where these apply we will pay them but they will be added onto the bill. We will always flag up when these charges apply and what the additional cost will be.
